Stafford Township - On February 11, 2026 at approximately 9 PM, Stafford Township Police responded to Shoprite in response to shoplifting reported by loss prevention. Shoprite loss prevention reported Paula J. Marbach (66 years of age of Lexington  Drive in Little Egg Harbor) and Mary P. Marbach (70 years of age of Lexington Drive in Little Egg Harbor), entered ShopRite and placed multiple items in their shopping cart then attempted to leave the store without paying for approximately $355 worth of merchandise. Both were charged with shoplifting 2C:20-11B(1).  Officer Jacob Forlenza was the arresting officer. 

After being processed at the Stafford Township Police Department, both individuals were released on a summons pending a future court date in Ocean County Superior Court.
