Stafford Township, NJ - On December 23, 2025, at approximately 7:30 pm, 34-year-old Kelley L. Banff of Barnegat Boulevard in Barnegat, New Jersey, was placed under arrest for Shoplifting approximately $222 worth of merchandise from the ShopRite located at 297 Route 72 in Manahawkin. Banff was transported to police headquarters, charged with Shoplifting 2C:20-11b(1), and released with a criminal complaint summons and scheduled to appear in Ocean County Superior Court on a later date. Detective Nicholas Racanelli was the arresting officer.
