Stafford Township, NJ – On December 12, 2025, at approximately 8 PM, Shayna Novick (39 years old of Salt Spring Drive, Forked River, NJ) was placed under arrest for stealing approximately $251 of merchandise from Target located at 209 Stafford Park Boulevard in Manahawkin. Novick was transported to police headquarters, charged with Shoplifting 2C:20-11, and released with a criminal complaint summons to appear in Ocean County Superior Court. Officer Michael McMurry was the arresting officer.
