Stafford Township, NJ - On April 8, 2025, Izaiah Smith, age 18 of Legion Street in Brooklyn, New York, was charged with one count of 4th Degree Shoplifting in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:20-11B(1) following an investigation conducted by the Detective Bureau into a shoplifting incident that occurred at the Home Depot of Stafford Township on January 14, 2025. The total value of the stolen merchandise was approximately $250. Detective John Reed was the investigating officer.
