Stafford Township, NJ – On March 9th, 2025, at approximately 5:30 PM, units responded to the Ulta Beauty Store located at 227 Stafford Park Boulevard in Manahawkin for the report of a theft of a credit card. The victim advised she was no longer in possession of her credit card and began receiving notifications of her credit card being used. Originally, the first notification occurred at the Ulta Beauty Store and soon after a second transaction attempt at the Target in the same complex. Patrolman Racanelli observed the subject in question exiting Target. The suspect was identified as 42-year-old Elizabeth Sierra of Queen Ann Road in Brick New Jersey and was found to be in possession of the victim’s credit card. She was placed under arrest and charged with Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card 2C:21-6h. She was processed and released pending a future court appearance in Ocean County Superior Court. Patrolman Nicholas Racanelli was the arresting officer.
