Stafford Township, NJ – On February 11, 2025, at approximately 6:51 P.M., Kimberly Toth (50 years old of East Raritan Drive, Little Egg Harbor Township N.J.) was charged with six counts of Shoplifting (2C:20-11) for stealing approximately $482 of merchandise over the course of approximately one month from ShopRite located at 297 Route 72 in Manahawkin. All charges were issued on a complaint summons with a pending court appearance in Ocean County Superior Court. Officer Bryan Brown #126 was the arresting officer.
