Stafford Township, NJ – Rosa Castro, (56 years old of Union Avenue in Paterson, NJ) was placed under arrest on the strength of an extraditable criminal complaint warrant for stealing approximately $2,150.00 of merchandise from Ulta Beauty located at 227 Stafford Park Boulevard in Manahawkin stemming from a shoplifting incident that occurred in May 2025. Castro was charged with one (1) count of 3rd Degree Shoplifting 2C:20-11B(2) and one (1) count of 4th Degree Conspiracy 2C:5-2a(1). Castro was lodged in Ocean County Jail to appear in Ocean County Superior Court. Detective Zac Halliday was the investigating officer.
