Stafford Township, NJ - On December 26, 2025 at approximately 6:40 PM, Stafford Township Police responded to Target in response to shoplifting reported by loss prevention. Target loss prevention reported a subject entered Target putting approximately $242 of merchandise in her cart and purse and then left the store without paying.  While the suspect was driving away from the store she was pulled over by Patrolman Nicholas Fabrizzio and identified as 40 year old Darvonna S. Foster of Hoover Drive in Mays Landing, NJ.  Inside the store, Patrolman Jacob Forlenza identified Foster as the subject committing the theft through the surveillance footage and she placed her under arrest for shoplifting.

 After being processed at the Stafford Township Police Department, Foster was released on a criminal complaint summons pending a future court date in Ocean County Superior Court.
