Stafford Township, NJ – On November 12, 2024, at approximately 12:00 P.M., 21 year old Samantha Capetillo of Eagle Drive in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, was placed under arrest for stealing approximately $280 of merchandise from Best Buy in Manahawkin between two separate occasions within a month. Capetillo was transported to police headquarters, charged with two counts of Shoplifting 2C:20-11, and released with a criminal complaint summons to appear in Ocean County Superior Court. Officer James Knoeller was the arresting officer.
