Stafford Township, NJ - On February 8th, 2026, at approximately 5:09 PM, Stafford Township Police responded to Kohls for a report of an active shoplifting incident. Loss Prevention advised that the suspect stole approximately $824 of merchandise and had left the store before police arrival. Further investigation led Patrolman Justin Barbuto to identify the suspect as 31 year old Nicole R. Hines of Sprague Landing in Turnersville, NJ. Hines was ultimately charged with one count of Shoplifting 2C:20-11 (3rd Degree), which was placed on a criminal arrest warrant. Hines has been entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as a wanted person at this time.
