Stafford Township, NJ – On July 16, 2025, at approximately 12:00 PM, 46 year old David Terefenko of Morris Boulevard in Manahawkin was placed under arrest for exposing his genitalia to a neighbor during an argument occurring outside of their residences. Terefenko was transported to police headquarters, charged with Lewdness 2C:14-4, and released with a criminal complaint summons to appear in Stafford Township Municipal Court. Patrolman Patrick Walker was the arresting officer.
