Stafford Township, NJ – On July 10, 2025, at approximately 10:00 AM, Jane Mansmann (69 years old of Allen Lane in Lawrenceville, NJ) was placed under arrest for stealing approximately $30 of merchandise from Reynolds Garden Shop located at 193 E. Bay Avenue in Manahawkin. Mansmann was transported to police headquarters, charged with Shoplifting 2C:20-11, and released with a criminal complaint summons to appear in Stafford Township Municipal Court. Officer Teddy Caporrino was the arresting officer.
