Stafford Township, NJ – On February 20, 2025, Nepaul Campbell (29 years old of West 5th Street in Mt. Vernon, NY) was charged for attempting to pass twenty-one fraudulent $50 bills in an attempt to purchase two Play Station Gaming Consoles from Walmart located at 525 Route 72 in Manahawkin. Campbell was issued a complaint summons for Forgery 2C:21-1A(3), to appear in Ocean County Superior Court. Detective Jacob Conner was the investigating Officer.
