Stafford Township, NJ – On August 8, 2024, at approximately 3:00 PM, Philip Ryan (19 years old of Atlantic Avenue, Wynantskill, NY) was placed under arrest for stealing approximately $349 of merchandise from the Manahawkin Best Buy the previous day. Ryan was charged with Shoplifting 2C:20-11 and released with a criminal complaint summons to appear in Ocean County Superior Court. Officer Matthew Barnett was the arresting officer.
