Stafford Township is proud to once again partner with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention - New Jersey Chapter to present Talk Saves Lives, an important and informative workshop focused on suicide prevention and mental wellness.
This presentation will cover the latest data on suicide in the United States, evidence-based prevention strategies, warning signs to look for, and ways to start meaningful conversations and seek help. Participants will also gain insight into protective factors that lower suicide risk and strategies for managing mental health and practicing self-care.
