Hilliard Blvd Closure / Detour Starting Oct 16th

The Ocean County Road Department will be milling and paving Hilliard Boulevard between Stafford Avenue and East Bay Avenue beginning on Monday October 16th.

The project will begin at 7a.m. and continue through the day until 5 p.m. This project is expected to last two weeks.

Detour / Closure Information

During the construction, traffic accessing Hilliard Boulevard FROM Route 9 will be detoured using Parker Street to East Bay Avenue.

Traffic from East Bay Avenue TO Route 9 will remain open during the project. Expect delays and plan an alternate route.
