NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids must be addressed and delivered to Nicola Reid, Purchasing Agent of the Township of Stafford, 260 East Bay Avenue, 2nd floor – Room 276, Manahawkin, NJ 08050 and plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the bidder and the Contract Number and Title, will be received up to 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on APRIL 2, 2026.
At which time, sealed bids will be publicly opened and thereafter read aloud in the Council Meeting Room of the Stafford Township Municipal Building, on the First Floor, 260 East Bay Avenue, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. SEALED PACKAGE or SEALED ENVELOPE MUST BE ENDORSED AS FOLLOWS:

OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Specifications or any additional information may be obtained at the office of the Purchasing Agent, Stafford Township, 260 East Bay Avenue, 2nd Floor – Room 276, Manahawkin, NJ 08050, 609-597-1000 Ext 8521 during regular business hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.
BID MUST BE SEALED, ADDRESSED AND DELIVERED TO: Nicola Reid, Purchasing Agent, Stafford Township, 260 East Bay Avenue, Purchasing Department - 2nd floor – Room 276, Manahawkin, NJ 08050. Bids will not be accepted after 10:00 a.m. on APRIL 2, 2026
Required bidder information can be found in the bid documents. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
