NOTICE OF DECISION - DENIAL
On March 11, 2026, the Stafford Township Zoning Board of Adjustment Memorialized a resolution denial without prejudice for application #Z25-08 Block Plant Solar, LLC., 315 Beachview Avenue, Manahawkin, NJ, Block 51 Lot 5.02 & located in the P zone. The applicant requested a use variance, preliminary, and final site plan to construct a community solar project. Documents and/or plans pertaining to this matter are available for public inspection at the Stafford Township Municipal Building, 260 East Bay Avenue, Manahawkin, NJ, during regular business days and hours.
