If you're a Senior Homeowner or Renter age 65 or older or receiving Federal Social Security Disability Benefits, this event is for you! Meet with a Division representative to get help filing your 2024 PAS-1 application. Whether you prefer electronic or paper filing, they've got you covered!

This is a walk-in event. No registrations required.
Representatives will assist you with eligibility requirements and explain the benefits available for property tax relief programs. Keep in mind that eligibility, income limits, and benefits may change based on the State Budget.
Key Programs Available:
Senior Freeze: For NJ residents born before 1960 or those receiving Social Security disability benefits. Income limits apply, and benefits are subject to change.
Affordable NJ Communities for Homeowners & Renters: Property tax relief available for homeowners earning $250K or less and renters earning $150K or less.
If you qualify for ANCHOR, Senior Freeze, and Stay NJ, you may be eligible for up to 50% of your property taxes (up to $13,000)!
