Term of Contract:  July 22, 2024 – July 21, 2026

In accordance with your statement of estimated needs, bids have been received for the above and results are as stated below. The contract identification number to be used on this contract is 33-OCCP-2024-004.   You are authorized to make purchases up to the amount indicated in the bid specifications by issuing a purchase order to the successful vendor if not exceeding your bidding threshold, or by written contract authorized by your governing body if over your bidding threshold.

All such orders must bear the full identification number for each item as listed in the specifications.  No substitution or deviation from the specifications, quality, unit price or availability as set forth in the awarded contract may be made.

In the event you wish to exceed your estimated maximum quantity, please contact this office to determine whether that will be within the limits established in the master contract.  A copy of the master contract will be sent for your information, once both parties have executed it.

Contact the Dispatch Office directly at (718) 816-7200 – Provide the dispatch operator with a purchase order number, quantity of Rock Salt to be delivered and a delivery address. 

The Dispatch Operator will process the order and provide a verbal confirmation number to be included on the purchase order/voucher.
