Records & Reporting

The Records Division is responsible for maintaining all reports created by the police department. Additionally, they are responsible for providing discovery in a timely fashion as well as processing all firearms applications.

Hours of operation and contact information

The Records Division hours of operation for most services are:
Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.  

Courtesy Fingerprints: Available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. After-hours service may be available depending on staff availability. Please bring your fingerprint cards with you.

Temporary Disability Placards: Issued Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

The Records Division is closed Weekends and Holidays.
